"Doesn't answer calls or respond back to your voicemails. When you finally get ahold of them by calling another agent somewhere else, they tell you that the 1800 number is available, even though the 1800 number tells you it's the agents job and to talk to them. Honestly, turned me off from State Farm in totality. Really really poor customer service and makes insurance so much more frustrating than it already is."

"State Farm has great coverage and that is the only reason its getting 2 stars beyond that do not waste your time with this agency, they are underhanded and duplicitous in order to generate new business they resort to phone tag, use of different aliases, multiple agents handling one account not just one agent with consistent management of said account. Refuses to listen, hangs up, releases information then makes odd accusations about red flagging accounts because of unauthorized policy changes? that was the most bizarre part, and all in an attempt to charge fees without explanation, double speak, and hang up only to call back then hang up intentionally then text message you even they they were the one who hung up on you. nonsense, waste of time, and money."
